Mission and Vision

SEATTLE, WA, 30 November 2006-- Banzai Sushi Company has built a website to help its customers become more knowledgeable about fresh and frozen sushi.

Sushi University features articles about sushi basics, sushi ingredients, serving sushi, sushi bars, handling fresh and frozen sushi, and making sushi.  Customers can also access newsletters which contain product information, tips for eating sushi and monthly product specials.  Another feature of Sushi University is “Ask Henderson.”  This is a chance for customers and general sushi information seekers to ask anything about sushi.  Henderson Mar, founder of Banzai Sushi, has been working in the food industry for almost 20 years and perfected the art of freezing sushi.  It is his day to day work as Chief Sushi Scientist and Executive Chef at Banzai that make Henderson such a good sushi resource.  His years of experience in interacting with customers and corporate clients add to his depth of knowledge in this fast growing culinary field.

“Sushi University is a great place for people to read and ask questions about sushi.  Banzai Sushi is proud of what we have accomplished over the years and we are excited to share what we can with our customers,” said Banzai president and owner Henderson Mar.

The most read article to date on Sushi University is “Sushi…The Newest Health Food” which discuses the many health benefits of both fresh and frozen sushi by breaking down the different ingredients in sushi and listing their health benefits.
