Banzai Frozen Bulk Pieces Program |
| Program Description: | The Banzai Frozen Bulk Pieces Program uses pre-made, IQF (Individually Quick Frozen), roll slices for the customer who want to have fresh tasting product "always available", needs sushi slices within minutes, but does not have the time or expertise to hand-roll and prepare sushi themselves. |
| Product Description: | Individually quick frozen, handmade sushi roll slices. The slices measure approximately 2" diameter and 1/2" tall. They are available in many varieties. |
| Applications: | Ready-to-eat after thawing or may be re-portioned into individual servings on onto party platters. |
| Special Instructions: | Thaw always in a single layer by one of three methods (always covered): (1) in the cooler (40ºF) overnight, (2) at room temperature (68-70ºF) for 60-90 minutes, or (3) 10-12 pieces at a time in the microwave (on high) for 90 seconds (time may vary depending on microwave strength). |

| Warehousing and delivery: |
• Product must be stored at -10°F to -20°F or below. • Pack product with dry ice when shipping frozen product to customers. • Handle similar to ice cream. |

One case contains 100 pre sliced roll pieces weighing approximately 1 oz (0.7 oz for Banquet Style) each . Gross weight per case is approximately 7 lbs (5.3 lbs for Banquet Style). |
