Banzai Frozen Bulk Roll Program |
| Program Description: | The Banzai Frozen Bulk Roll Program uses pre-made, frozen, whole rolls for the customer who wants to have fresh tasting product "always available", needs larger quantities of sushi within hours, but does not have the time or expertise to hand-roll and prepare sushi themselves. |
| Product Description: | Deep frozen, vacuum packed, handmade sushi roll. The rolls measure approximately 2" diameter and 10" long. They are available in many varieties. |
| Applications: | Ready-to-eat after slicing or may be re-portioned into individual servings on onto party platters. |
| Special Instructions: | Thaw, in plastic wrapping, approximately 1 to 1 1/2 hrs in running cold water bath at 70°F. Remove all plastic wrapping and slice whole rolls into 10 to 12 pieces. |

| Warehousing and delivery: |
• Product must be stored at -10°F to -20°F or below. • Pack product with dry ice when shipping frozen product to customers. • Handle similar to ice cream. |

One case contains 10 whole frozen rolls weighing approximately 14 oz each. Individual rolls yield 10-12 pcs. Gross weight per case is approximately 10.5 lbs. |
