Banzai Frozen Retail Pieces Program |
| Program Description: | The Banzai Frozen Retail Pieces program uses pre-made, IQF (Individually Quick Frozen), roll slices for the consumer who want to have fresh tasting product "always available", but does not have the time or expertise to hand-roll and prepare sushi themselves. The roll slices make delicious, healthy appetizers, after work/school snacks or light meals. |
| Product Description: | Individually quick frozen, handmade sushi roll slices in retail stand up bags. Each bag contains 12 pieces. The pieces measure approximately 2" diameter and 1/2" tall. They are available in four varieties. |
| Applications: | Ready-to-eat after thawing. The roll slices make delicious, healthy appetizers, after work/school snacks or light meals. |
| Special Instructions: | Thaw always in a single layer by one of two methods (always covered): (1) at room temperature (68-70ºF) for 60-90 minutes, or (2) 4-6 pieces at a time in the microwave (on high) for 45-55 seconds (time may vary depending on microwave strength). |

| Warehousing and delivery: |
• Product must be stored at -5°F to -10°F or below. • Pack product with dry ice when shipping frozen product to customers. • Handle similar to ice cream. |

Each bag contains 12 pre sliced roll pieces weighing approximately 1 oz each . Each case contains 8 bags. Gross weight per case is approximately 6.7 lbs. |
