Banzai Frozen Trays Program 
Program Description: The Banzai Frozen Tray (Single Serving) Program, uses pre-made, frozen, slices, in trays,  for the customer who wants to have individual, ready to serve portions “always available” within minutes.
Product Description: Deep frozen, shrink wrapped, handmade single servings.  Product comes six pieces to a tray, approximately six ounces total weight. Ginger and wasabi can be included.
Applications: Ready-to-eat after slicing, or may be re-portioned into individual servings or onto party platters.
Special Instructions: Thaw always in a single layer by one of three methods (always covered): (1) in the cooler (40ºF) overnight, (2) at room temperature (68-70ºF) for 60-90 minutes, or (3) 6 piece tray in the microwave (on high) for 45 seconds (time may vary depending on microwave strength).
Product Handling and Usage:
Frozen Shelf Life:

9 to 12 months
Recommended Thawed Shelf Life: 24 to 36 hours, covered and refrigerated @ 39 to 45°F
Warehousing and delivery:

 • Product must be stored at -10°F to -20°F or below.

 • Pack product with dry ice when shipping frozen product

     to customers.

 • Handle similar to ice cream.
Product Packaging: One case contains 20 individuals serving trays weighing approximately 6 oz each. Individual trays consist of 6 pcs. Gross weight per case is approximately 8.5 lbs.
