Defrosting Instructions
In order to enjoy Banzai Sushi at its very best, follow our simple, three-step defrosting instructions. A good rule of thumb is to treat it like ice cream, it will defrost quickly, so only start to prepare your sushi when you’re ready to eat it. This process is simple, don’t over think it, just enjoy it.

1. Keep FrozenTurn your freezer to the coldest setting (at least 0°F). Frozen sushi is sensitive and needs to be kept as cold as possible. |

2. UnpackageLay a single layer of sushi out and cover with plastic wrap. |

3. Thaw & ServeThaw at room temp for 2 hours. Enjoy! |
As the above graphics show, follow these simple steps to defrosting and enjoying your sushi:
- Remove your desired number of trays and place them on a counter top or cookie sheet.
- Allow the product to thaw for 2-3 hours at room temperature or for 5-6 hours in a refrigerator.
