Seattle Roll
Named after the city we live in, we’re a little biased toward the Seattle roll. We had to make a sushi roll we were proud of, so we took fresh wild Alaskan sockeye salmon and cold smoked it to perfection. Then we added cream cheese, and asparagus and wrapped it in rice. It’s as great as the city it’s named after.
